The purpose of this survey is to collect information about your experiences with school, plans for the future, and different ways your school can support you. Questions are about last year. Your answers will help students like you at your school and across the district. The information you provide is confidential and will be combined or presented anonymously. It will not have any effect on your grades. If you have already completed this survey within the last month, please do not take it again. Thank you for your participation.
