The purpose of this survey is to help us learn whether the Wonderful GEAR UP program is helping you with school. Please answer the following questions about school, your future plans, and opinions about how GEAR UP can help. The information you give will be confidential. Only GEAR UP staff will see your individual responses. They will not be shared with your teachers and will not affect your grades. Also, survey responses will be combined before they are presented outside of GEAR UP.
